Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 business to process your order. Expect an email by end of day to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Orders can be picked up daily. An email/text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Collect at 905 La Trobe St, Delacombe, VIC, 3356.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping options:

Standard Shipping 2-8 Business Days: $8.50

Express Shipping 1-4 Business Days: $11.50

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Not currently offered. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of the products sold at Zaura Aesthetics, once opened/used they are not eligible for return. 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will provide a Git Card the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at zaura.aesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
